Beetroot & Feta spread

Preparation Time 10 minutes


Ingredients for 1 jar:

  • 200g cooked beetroot
  • 100g feta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 30 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 squeeze of lemon juice
  • Pepper


Blend all the ingredients together.


You can use this cream either as a spread or as a dip for vegetables or crackers.
