Ingredients for 1 glass:
- 150g pineapple
- ½ banana
- 1 big handful spinach
- ¼ cucumber
- 150ml almond drink or oat drink
- Peel the pineapple and cut into pieces.
- Peel the banana.
- Wash the spinach.
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour in a glass and enjoy.
After my studies in dietetics, I specialised in nutrition for athletes. I work in Sportslycée and also accompany athletes from LIHPS. In addition, I have specialised in intuitive nutrition, which helps me to guide people back to a natural and relaxed eating behaviour.
