Greek Style Orzo Salad

Resting Time 60 minutes


For 3 people

  • 200g orzo pasta
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • 100g black olives
  • 2 handfuls of baby spinach
  • 1 package feta
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar


  1. Cook the pasta according to instructions and let cool slightly.
  2. Wash and chop the bell pepper and cucumber.
  3. Peel and chop the onion.
  4. Cut olives into small pieces.
  5. Wash the spinach.
  6. Mix the pasta with all the vegetables and olives.
  7. Crumble the feta and add to the salad.
  8. Season with pepper and add olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  9. Mix well and refrigerate for at least an hour.
