Mango Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 100 g frozen mango 
  • 100 g skyr or natural yoghurt or soy yoghurt
  • 75 ml coconut drink
  • Toppings: fruit of your choice, crunchy muesli, chia seeds, coconut flakes, etc.

Instructions

  1. Blend banana, mango, Skyr (or yoghurt) and coconut drink in a blender.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with toppings of your choice.
