          Ingredients
Ingredients for 14 portions:
- 14 Medjool dates
 - 40 g grated coconut
 - 100 g coconut flavoured yogurt
 - 125g chocolate
 - 1 teaspoon coconut oil
 
Instructions
- Pit the dates.
 - Mix grated coconut with yogurt and fill the dates with it.
 - Melt chocolate with coconut oil and cover the dates with the chocolate.
 - Put the dates in the freezer until the chocolate is hard.
 - You can store the bountys in the freezer, if you want to eat one just let it defrost for 10mins.
