Date Bounty

Ingredients

Ingredients for 14 portions:

  • 14 Medjool dates
  • 40 g grated coconut
  • 100 g coconut flavoured yogurt
  • 125g chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • Pit the dates.
  • Mix grated coconut with yogurt and fill the dates with it.
  • Melt chocolate with coconut oil and cover the dates with the chocolate.
  • Put the dates in the freezer until the chocolate is hard.
  • You can store the bountys in the freezer, if you want to eat one just let it defrost for 10mins.
