Michèle Bloes
As a new mum, Michèle went through a deep crisis of meaning. Mental load is real and so are mums in survival mode. So in 2020, she gave up her job as a primary school teacher to follow her heart’s calling. This was followed by numerous further training courses in the field of personal development and nervous system regulation, as well as training as a resilience trainer and coach for needs-orientated parenting. In the meantime, the mum of three mainly accompanies mothers into a relaxed and powerful everyday life with their emotionally strong children. Whether in individual coaching or in a group course, the aim is always to find the path to a relaxed motherhood full of connection to the child and to oneself, as a woman and as a mum.

Jennifer Olding
Jennifer Olding is the owner and founder of ‘The Happy Guts’ Company in Luxembourg. She is a fermentation specialist and her goal is it to bring everyone everywhere a happier gut.
Fermenting has been her passion since she was little, helping her family make pickles, kimchi, vinegars and many other different types of fermented goods, even fermented fish and seafood. Her parents always grew vegetables in their garden and preserved them for winter. A real passion for fermenting food has developed from this part of her upbringing.
Since gut health is now becoming an increasingly popular subject, Jennifer organizes fermentation and cooking workshops focusing on improving microbiome, ethical and sustainable eating.
She has been living in Luxembourg for around fourteen years and loves cooking, traveling, fitness and being outdoors – aside from fermenting, of course.
Karen Decker
Karen is a passionate forest guide and expert in her field, certified by Peter Wohllebens forest academy. She is a graduated educator, single mother of 2, studied Chinese medicine, practised Tai-chi and Qi-gong as well as Eurythmy and Meditation. In 2016, she experienced an intense burnout. It is in this context that she became a certified teacher of “facial yoga” in 2017, certified by the famous Fumiko Takatsu. Moreover, this delicate period was an opportunity for her to return to her roots, and particularly to the education received in her childhood at the Waldorf school. To heal from her burn out, Karen spent most of her time outdoors, in the forest, where she felt serene and protected. So much so that she realised that FOREST BATHING is the perfect way to help others make meaningful changes in their lives and to show them the incredible benefits of nature.
